Working at Sydney Turf Club

Sydney Turf Club is a progressive race club that manages two of Australia’s premier racing and entertainment venues, Canterbury Park and Rosehill Gardens – home of the AAMI Golden Slipper. Our first class facilities host some of Australia’s best horse racing events as well as some of Sydney’s biggest events including the NSW Caravan, Camping, 4WD and Holiday Supershow and annual Teddy Bear’s Picnic.

As a dynamic and innovative employer, our workforce comprises 135 permanent and 1,000 casual staff. We offer those who choose to join us a flexible proposition, aimed at nurturing the performance and development of staff, recognising achievement and promoting a healthy work/life balance.

At Sydney Turf Club, we welcome all expressions of interest in career opportunities available. Casual positions in particular open regularly throughout the year. If you are skilled in customer service or food and beverage, please forward your resume with a covering letter. If there are no current vacant positions available, the Employee Relations and Culture team will keep all applicants on file for a 12-month period.
